President of Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Hassan S. Mohamud, arrived in Asmara in mid-afternoon hours today for an official four-day visit to the country.
The President and his delegation were accorded warm welcome by President Isaias on their arrival at Asmara International Airport.
Accompanied by President Isaias Afwerki, President Hassan S. Mohamud and his delegation that includes FM Abshir Omar Jama (Huruse) today visited the Eritrean Aviation College for inspection of the 1st batch of over 200 Somali Air Force Cadets that are under a training programme.
President Hassan S. Mohamud and his delegation later visited Segen Company Technology Plant at Bet-Giorghis on outskirts of Asmara. The two leaders had held, yesterday evening, extensive talks on recent developments in Somalia; enhancement of warm bilateral ties; and regional trends
